Midland Air Service Experts was excited to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this incredible event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the leading nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial assistance for families.
Midland Air Service Experts contributed $1000 to this wonderful cause and the nationwide event has gathered over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group gets involved every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle group may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air looks forward to being involved in their community and participating in incredible events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To read more about how you can get involved and help the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, check out their site.
